Projects That Need Doin'
Cob Chicken Coop
We had this old shed that was full of trash and shelving that we turned into a chicken coop. Next order of business is to turn it into a cob coop and add a chicken run to it. Now that the weather is getting better this may be our first project to get going since many of the others can be done inside when the heat gets to be too much. More photos to come on this.
Mailbox Make-over
Look how ugly this thing is! It might be ugly but it's strong as all get out. A little cob should make this better looking. But it will still need a new box. We'll cob over it and make it look like wood or something cool. We'd love to hear your ideas for it!
Something You Don't See Everyday
This poor thing must have just been head down and in a hurry. It's a nice reminder to slow down.

This family and channel is my new daily obsession for getting my natural building fix! A family after my own heart, they moved to the desert with their 4 kids and got to work right away. They are living my dream :D They are such an inspiration and it has been so awesome watching them learn to be the super efficient team they have become. Home-schooling and building their homestead and dreams together like we are meant to do. They put out 5 videos a week! That's a LOT of work on top of the physical labor they do all week long.
